Come join Amanda and Jacqueline for our Energy gathering..

We always start with A chat over Cacao and choosing some Cards for inspiration and guidance. A beautiful guided meditation follows.

Depending on our Moon or planetry alignment we are Setting Goals, Intentions and or Releasing anything that no longer serves us 

We move all this through the body with some Somatic movement next before a beautiful Reiki soundbath.

Yoga mats are available as is paper and pens if needed.
